What we collect
AI-SIM collects the information necessary to run your account and support your learning: your name, USF email address, class enrollments, and the transcripts of patient encounters you complete. Instructors may also add grades and written feedback to your encounter records.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the platform — to run encounter sessions, deliver instructor feedback, and compute course grades. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties outside of USF Health program administration.
Who can see your work
Your encounter transcripts and grades are visible only to you and the instructors of classes you are enrolled in. Other students cannot see your encounters.
Data retention
Encounter records are retained for the duration of your enrollment and for a reasonable period afterwards to support academic records. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@ai-sim.app.
